So you want the spicy crunch of buffalo wings but you do not fat the deep fried fat? Here is the tastiest baked version that you can indulge in without guilt! The trick here is to use wonton wrappers that crisp up beautifully in the oven.
Gather:
Rotisserie chicken, shredded
Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce
wonton wrappers
celery, cut up into sticks for serving
blue cheese or ranch dressing
Do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Shred the chicken and mix in 1/2-3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, set aside.
Place about 2 Tablespoons of shredded meat in the center of a wonton wrapper.
Fold the far side over.
Fold the two sides in and roll up like a mini burrito.
Place seam side down on the cooking sheet.
Bake the rolls at 400 degrees until golden, crispy and delicious. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with celery sticks and dressing. Take that deep fried chicken wings!
