Link it: Fun & Festive

It's beginning to look a lot like...holiday card season! It is the activity that I love and loathe. But this year we were far more organized than past years and ordered our card nice and early so that all I have to do now is address and send them on their way.  I know there are a lot of options out there for photo cards but this year I found a wonderful company Paper Culture and what I like about them besides amazingly beautiful designs is that they are environmentally friendly; the company plants a tree for every order as well as using 100% post-consumer recycled paper for cards and envelopes.

Oh My Goodness! How much fun is this?! Dinovember is about a family who bring their children's dino toys to life every night for the month of November.  It's like the Elf on a Shelf but in my opinion even more fun because it is just that, for fun! I may have to figure out a way to do this for Oliver in the coming years but it may have to be with cars or trains instead of dinos. And maybe not make such a mess!

Another favorite aspect of the start of Holiday season is the art of the gift guide! I may be on top of things in regards to my holiday cards but my holiday shopping is falling behind so I loved getting my Real Simple gift guide in the mail to jumpstart ideas for friends and family. (I do believe Chez Brollier agrees with me!)
